Permission granted back from 2006 from The Monorail Project, and to Update as needed.

Revision:V3 Corrected config string-table-Station Platform could not be selected in the Drive to session. See README File in this main folder about issues.
Thanks to 'Christopher824' (support@cdetrainz.com)for repairing the DLS rejected Script errors, repaired Script for the correct Doors opening, repaired Script for the correct anouncements.
Now compatable with TRS2012 Sp1,TANE,TRS2019,TRS2022.
