Jons Grade Xing Stand W-Lights

Grade Crossing Stand W lights. Just an international crossing stand with lights that can be connected to the track and will be activated by a train just as any grade crossing. Can be used at a Auran built in crossing, station platform or sidewalk etc. The bell is interchangable as well as the crossbucks. This was requested origianaly by LVman but I added some features to it.
