Interior for EMD GP15D CEFX Ver.2.

Revision: Final-Pressure Needles alignment, Brake pressure needles now more accurate, updated dial gauges from static non working to the animated dials, removed not used textures, less foggy Windows, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control Notch Height issues, updated night lighting, set up Interior for night lighting.
