Hyperbolic Cooling Tower-60m PBR

Hyperbolic cooling tower, ~60 meters high. This is just a taller version of Auran's 'Building_PowerTower' (kuid:-1:1022), though I added aircraft warning lights at the top, smoke, and a base (similar to that found on Allegheny Energy's Fort Martin facility in Maidsville, WV).
Revision: added PBR bump maps, updated to build 3.7, adjusted Smoke not to clip the edges of the Tower
Permission allowed to upload to the DLS.
