An alternative to Pev's attachemnt maker
Requirement by Bradley Bale, Technical input Chris (Nawlins)
To use it as a submesh, recommended, include the following in the wagon's config.txt file. Use double quotes not single

use a.load38 as the new attachment point.

attach39, attach40 and attach41 are also available. Adjust the position using the position tag 0,2,0 willmoveit 2 meteres in the Y axis.
