Sen City Street Switcher TRS19

This is a street point or switcher, (turnout) for ordinary traffic roads, so traffic can turn right as well as left! Updated for TRS19 SP3!
This method was first used in TRS 2004. However, it broke in T:ane. But it now works again in TRS19 SP3.
This is a re-worked version which will work with any road.
