ATLS Tram Stopper

Version 2 - TRS 2009 Compatible with new features and improvements.
This is a specialised invisible signal to control tram traffic as part of the Advanced Traffic Light System, (ATLS). Full instuctions on its use can be found in the Properties Dialogue Box, (Question Mark Icon in Surveyor) or see the consolidated ATLS Tutorial at http://www.boatztrainz.co.uk.
NOTE - If you upgrade to Version 2, you MUST upgrade all other ATLS assets or the system will not work. V2.1 has a bug fix over V2 that occasionally saw this asset go green when it should have stayed red. V2.1 is fully compatible with V2 and will retain V2 (and V1) settings.
