WA HI GE C36-7M

Hemersly Iron was established in December 1964 and was merged into part of Rio Tinto in 1997 and to be known as the Pilbara Iron Group.

These units were rebuilt from C36-7's units of which HI had 3 in its the fleet (5057-5059)

These Dash 7's were also known as the 50 class but numbers only 2 rebuild units 5051 and 5052 both units went on to be repainted in the Pilbara Iron livery.
