Trinity Bay - Model Trainz - T:ANE

This layout is for T:ANE. It is a small model railroad layout, but the placement of the crossing loops, spurs, switches and signals and the operating proceedures all follow protoypical practices.

All the dependencies needed by the layout are either built in or on the Download Station. Use T:ANE Manage Content to check that all the assets have been captured.

The Trinity Bay Industrial Railroad moves freight cars around a thriving industrial area. The dock area and some industries are on the lower level. Other industries are on the upper level. The upper level is accessed by spirals at both ends of the route.

There are many interactive industries, permitting the use of most types of interactive freight cars The layout should appeal to those who like driving diesel and steam locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, those who like interactive industries and fright cars, and those who enjoy model railroads.

Locomotive refuelling facilities for both steam and diesel locomotives are provided as is lighting for night time operations.

AI trainz can be configured to operate on the layout. The AI trainz will interact with the Player trains at several squeeze points.

Despite the high level of detail, frame rates will be good, even on mid range computers.
