TOFC hitch 35ft 01

Trailer-on-Flat-Car (TOFC) hitching post and holding rails. When loaded, it makes a plain flatcar look like an empty TOFC flatcar. The holding rails in this version would lay INSIDE the wheeltrack of typical road trailers.
This update adds LOD (304, 116 triangles, 1 material). A gmax model updated in 3DS Max 2012.
