AMTK Amfleet II Cafe Ph III (Fixed)

The classic Amfleet II coaches made by Magicland, but repaired and modified by Trainmaster189 for the DLS. Modifications include prototypical height adjustment, added passenger product, and a height adjusted Pioneer truck. Thanks to Magicland for making the original coaches!
