This is a Rail Ferry Housing as part of the ferry apron for loading rail cars onto float barges for cross river transport. The building has night windows.

The housing is placed at the end of the apron to simulate the raising and lowering of the apron to suit the water level. You will need to adjust the ground levels under the housing to achieve the correct level of placement.
