Evil Dark Cow's E8 reskinned by American Locomotive and Car Company for Illinois Central's Panama Limited.

Illinois Central 4020 was manufactured in 1950 and served the IC until 1972 when it was sold to New Jersey Transit (where it became NJT 4272).
