Olympics 2012 Athletic Stadium

Another model created in Google SketchUp and exported to Trainz with RubyTMIX.
The original model for this to be found on Google 3D Warehouse, and is an absolute masterpiece. The author is known as Luis 92, a man of obvious talent. The first unmodified export process resulted in about 125000 polys, way too much for a Trainz object. I modified it by stripping out a lot of the superstructure in the original model. RubyTMIX now reports 46009 polys at export, which is still a lot, but for a centrepiece item I feel that figure is acceptable. I had to remove the main lighting masts, and if I removed much more it would not be recognizable as what it is. Filesize comes out at 17MB on disk
