Tyseley old
A starting point for a larger route. Tyseley in 1908 at time of opening and remaining as such to about 1962. The passenger roundhouse was demolished around '63/64 and the table removed. The freight half deteriorated so much by '66 it had to be demolished. The table, water tank and carriage sheds were retained. Birmingham Council bought half the land from British Railways and leased it in '68 to Birmingham Railway Museum, now Tyseley Locomotive Works. A track between tables can still be seen today.
