EIRS Environmental Impact Random Seasonal Weather Rule NE USA
This weather rule allows the user to select four different seasons that will randomly set weather conditions accordingly to each season. An optional Environmental Impact feature is also included which can cause engine failures, signal outages, speeding restrictions, and train derailments when hazardous weather conditions arise. Some of these events will only effect AI controlled trains and some will only effect player driven trains.
