DG reskin URY_Caboose_1_Circa_1922-red

This is based on the Uintah Railways caboose number 1 as it appeared in 1922.color has been changed from yellow to red.
Since the letterings text, color, and size can be changed in the config files
effects section this could also be used as a logging caboose.
Corrected an engine spec error.
