NEW reskin by dangavel of original Cliff 1 spline by Pencil 42, using version 103 rock texture,cliff texture is taken from a colorado cliff.Unlike the original spine 23 this has a specific normal texture so should be more accurate, it will still work with the related original cliff items 'Cliff mesh library
