Oil Tank pipe from pipeline

Piping around oil storage tanks from pipeline source rather than from local facilities. Connect with storage tanks and the suction pipe for the Meter Building. Connect the piping to the tanks through the gap in the hand rail on the tank platforms lining up with the pipe stubs on top of the tanks.
