Started life as VTHX-TWX in 1977 made in QLD by Industrial Engineering LTD. 61,000 Litres single Compatment top fill and they carried crude Benzine for Hydrocarbon products.These wagons were stored at Brooklyn off their bogies in the early 90's and retrieved in 1996 modified painted in NRC Grey reclassified as RTHY but retained their old numbers and mainly used in SA, RTHY Numbers 652-665
