Designed primarily to use in building up a group of railway enthusiasts or 'trainspotters' on routes set in the UK in the 1950s, he is also of use in other situations and eras - as a passenger, in a bus queue, etc.
Meshes by Elvenor and/or shoves have been used in this model as permitted to members of Trainz Carriage and Wagon Works (TC&WW).
