IMPORTANT. You need to have the Mesh Library <kuid:252585:3197160> installed in order for this asset to appear in game.
Unlike the timber dormers, stone ones were generally built as an integral part of the house; an upwards continuation of the main walls for obvious structural load-bearing reasons, though within the world of Trainz you may like to use architectural licence.
It's been set at a notional first floor height for Butt and Benn-type cottages, but will need further adjustment in most situations. There's no reason why it shouldn't be raised higher for use with two-storey buildings, too, especially away from built-up areas.
