SBS Goods Shed (Medium) Mindrum, also Whittingham, NER: BR NER Livery
The NER built identical sheds at two stations on the Cornhill branch between Alnwick and Coldstream. Both are still standing decades after the line disappeared, finding use first as agricultural storage, but more latterly converted to upmarket dwellings. This version is in the Oriental Blue livery that was carried by buildings in British Railways North Eastern Region during the steam era, even though the official colour for signage was Tangerine (stranger still, Scotland eschewed its very similar official signage Sky Blue for buildings in favour of a very Western-looking Brown and Cream).
Many thanks to borderreiver for drawing my attention to them, as well as his encyclopaedic knowledge of the area's railways.
High Poly close up, but four levels of LOD [5110, 2784, 1167, 38].
