Multiplayer Session for the Balezino - Mosti map, variant 2

A second variant, of the Multiplayer Session, for the Balezino - Mosti map. Now with freight trains. This session is for up to 26 players (1 player = 1 locomotive/driver). Given that the map does not contain any functional industrial objects were added commands 'instant load' and 'instant unload' for loading and unloading wagons. These commands can be used in stations and stops, where platforms are not producing passengers.
