Rail_Motor_19

This is Harriman Combine 7 converted to a rail motor (by request). It is passenger
enabled to carry 12 passengers. The letterings text, color, and size can be changed
by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
Deleted obsolete tags, added a shadow mesh, added a thumbnail, corrected an attachment
point problem, corrected 5 mono-color textures, replaced hornsound kuid:523:100433
with hornsound kuid:-1:42003102, and tested in build 3.7.
