Thoresby_Colliery_Sign

This a sign at the entrance to the thoresby colliery site. Lower it until only the bricks
and half the sign are above ground level. The sign can be changed on a letter by letter basis by manipulating
the values in the effects section of the config files mesh table. NOTE! There are 25 letters total. Unused letters
should be set to a spac (or nothing between the quotation marks).
