Dual Unloader Part 1 (std ga)

This is part 1 of a standard gauge dual unloader. By placing part 1 and part 2 close together
and joining them together with a section of your favorite bridge or trestle spline, the resulting item can be set
up to unload 2 different products (iron ore and limestone at a steel mill for example) on a continuous track (no
end bumper). You must make the appropriate changes in the config file to change the product. Both are set up
for coal at the moment.
