Coal_Delivery

This is a much modified version of my Rotary Car Dump 2 as suggested by MSGSapper (Bob Dalton).
Many thanks to him for the idea (twas a good one). The rotary drum and operators shack have been removed and a
modified deck plate girder installed. This is set up for a moving unload (3 MPH or less) with smoke sound, and
an animated coal pile which will increase in height as hoppers are emptied and decrease in height as coal is
consummed. The larger opening in the testle is for a small steam or creek, the next longest for a dirt road, and
the shortest one for a foot path.
