EBT_Railmotor_M-1_1

This is based on the east Broad Tops Railmotor M-1 as it may have looked when first
obtained. For the rivet counters this has 11204 rivets. The letterings text, color, and size can be
changed by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
