YVRR_Baggage_Car

While I'm calling this a YVRR car its really a Southern Pacific Car leased by the YVRR.
The YVRR did not re-letter the cars it leased so this is lettered for the SP. The YVRR had no baggage cars
of its own so would lease cars from the SP or ATSF during peak of summer excursion time. Coach cars were
leased as well. This is lettered for the SP but could also be lettered for the ATSF. Either car would be
quite protorypical in a YVRR Passenger consist. The letterings text, size, and color can be changed by
manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
