This Colonial House was sold out of a plan book by Brown_Blodgett Company out of
St Paul Minnesota. This is a small house design of the 1930's. This house
differs from a traditional Colonial as follows. 1) Sunroom in back and Porch
2) 1st floor Windows are different then 2nd floor windows. Dutch Windows in attic
35ft by 24 ft.
