VR Mount Emu Creek Rail Bridge

This is a detailed, faithful model of the railway bridge, as built by the VR Ways and Works Branch, to span the Mount Emu Creek, located at the Down end of Trawalla station on the line from Melbourne to Adelaide, about 98 miles [158 Kilometers] from Melbourne . The bridge is constructed basically of a standard VR design Transverse Timber Decking, throughout, with 9 x 20 Foot [6.1 meters] spans, 3 x 30 Foot [9.45 meters] spans on 'standard' 2 Foot [0.61 meters] Rolled Steel Joists and 1 main 40' long [12.2 meters] 'through' Girder spanning the creek, proper (which is, incidentally, 40 feet wide at this point). These spans are all supported on Brick built piers and concrete abutments and it extends 370 Feet [112.85 metrers] across the creek ravine, at a maximum of some15 Feet [4.5 meters] above the creek bed. It requires the following asset;

...which is the track attached to the bridge (included in the ''kuid-table'' container) in order to work properly. This asset is intended for Trainz builds 2.9 and above.
