track fill spline, scrub 4 dirt, no endcap

Fill spline matching my Scrub 4 dirt texture, but with no endcap so as to better align with bridge abutments.
For use under track (align the spline points with the spline points of the track).
Fits standard gauge track.
This can also be used as a road if no track is used.
